Had a fun time with these cuties at the beach! Can you tell how much he loves his little sister?!
My oldest daughter got to go to horseback riding camp for her 8th birthday (courtesy of her Mimi!). I got the pleasure of hanging out and having lunch with her on her birthday at the farm and of course had to snap some pictures!!
Horse camp ended and it was a doozey! This was her first time riding a horse that wasn’t walking in a circle at the festivals around town. It was a bit more work than she anticipated and she will no longer ask if we can buy her a horse lol. All in all it was a fun, yet challenging experience for her. There were times she wanted to give up but she stuck with it and I’m proud of her and she is proud of herself.
“I will let them be little, fill their hearts with laughter, help them grow wings, nurture their sense of wonder, inspire them to believe, and love them like there is no tomorrow.”
My little lady turned 8 today! When thinking about a photo session for her, I wanted to do something fun and natural to her. She’s not always keen on my ideas of taking her out in a field of flowers because they are too itchy on her legs. So we were going to go natural and have her just playing with her stuffed animals. Its summer so it of course decided to rain. We picked up a super cute umbrella and went for it.
So my baby girl just turned 3. We had a St Patricks Day party planned but we all came down with a nasty bug and decided to cancel. Instead we celebrated all week long the week of her birthday with smaller groups. I documented our low key day on her actual birthday we went to the grocery store, went to lunch with sister at school, blew bubbles at Mimi’s house and played on her swing set. We also had a small celebration with Daddy at Mimi’s house Sunday with cupcakes and pizza. We went to the park with a few friends one day to celebrate and this weekend we went to a carnival with some cousins to watch one of them perform and celebrated her birthday after. We had so much fun! I can’t believe my baby girl is three!
What a seriously fun session this was! This young lady works for LiveSteamy and brought some of their props along. I absolutely loved everything she brought. Even more, I love how her pictures turned out! Isn’t she gorgeous?!
Where do I begin to tell you how excited I am for these??? I got to tag along on my good friend’s styled session (Michelle C Miller Photography). It was so much fun! It all came together so nicely with another fellow photographers help as well! And the couple, they were just adorable. Ah sweet young love! They were troopers too. We shot a good 2 – 2 1/2 hours until the sun went down and it was pretty chilly that day! They were shivering between poses. They did so great!
